Shipping Policy

BidTop does not sell or ship physical products. A bid buys a digital listing on the public leaderboard.

No physical shipping

We do not collect a delivery address, dispatch parcels, or use a courier. There is no shipping charge and no estimated delivery date for goods, because no goods are sold.

How the listing is delivered

After Razorpay confirms payment, the listing is published on bidtop.site immediately — usually within a few seconds, and in any case as soon as the payment is marked captured. You do not need to log in to receive it. The same website URL is the listing.

If the listing does not appear

If payment succeeded and the listing is still missing after 30 minutes, write to techweoonline@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment ID. That is treated as a failed delivery under our cancellation and refunds policy.
