What we collect

If you only browse, we process:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed)
• Search queries you type on the board
• Clicks on Visit links, so we can show visit counts

If you place a bid, we also store:

• The website URL, name, tagline and category you submit
• The bid amount in INR
• Razorpay order and payment IDs, so we can confirm the payment and handle a refund request

We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs or netbanking passwords. Those stay with Razorpay.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Show and rank listings on the public board
• Confirm payments and prevent duplicate charges
• Count referral visits from BidTop
• Reply when you email or call us
• Keep the site secure and debug failures

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising networks.

Who else sees it

Public listing details (name, URL, tagline, bid total, rank, visit count) appear on bidtop.site. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Listing data is stored on Supabase. Hosting and logs may pass through our infrastructure providers. They process data only to run this service.

How long we keep it

Active listings stay public for as long as they remain on the board. Payment identifiers are kept as long as we need them for accounting, charge disputes and Indian law. Server logs are rotated in the ordinary course of operations.

Your choices

There is no account to delete. To correct a listing name or URL, or to ask what we hold about a payment, email techweoonline@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 business days.

Children

BidTop is not directed at children under 18. Do not place a bid if you are not an adult who can enter a contract in India.
